From previously planned dreams, AKEI ANIMAL RESEARCH, a Swine Research Center, started up in 2015 already mature and professionally identified with the development of precise, responsible and fast solutions to the demands that this dynamic segment requires.
AKEI ANIMAL RESEARCH recognizes and is determined to always carry out actions to generate knowledge and information, assisting its employees, educating students and trainees inserted in the area – our live messages that will be sent to an unknown future.
Sítio Águas da Serra, where AKEI ANIMAL RESEARCH is headquartered, is a reference to the limpid, abundant and life-giving waters born in Serra da Fartura that cut the property.
Akei Animal Research’s Ethics Committee on Animal Use (CEAU) is duly accredited by the National Council for Animal Experimentation Control (CONCEA) to the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and follows all provisions of Law N 11,794, of October 8, 2008, in the execution of research and experimental activities.
